A great at communication and collaboration

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
At our company, we use Wrike to help customers, other partners, and the creative team communicate and collaborate in real time or at a time that is convenient for them. The platform solves the problems of sharing design or project information and collecting feedback from several parties in one central location.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When numerous people from different groups need to view the same PDF or PowerPoint presentation, Miro is the way to go. Presenters can take advantage of this feature to encourage audience participation and feedback in real time or at their convenience. Synchronized content exchange, such as voice or video, does not operate very well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
User interface improvements can be made to the alignment help provided when placing items such as sticky notes. It would be excellent to have more customization options and themes, such as the ability to change the color of the site's background beyond the default white.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The whiteboard in Wrike has proven to be an invaluable resource for teamwork with clients and other stakeholders. Stakeholder and team member comments can be left and seen with little effort thanks to the system's straightforward UI. The system's portability is emphasized, as it may be accessed remotely and via a variety of mobile devices.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
My team uses Wrike for all our task and project management. We also use it for project/task related communication as it is easier to keep conversations organized than general message threads. We use it to understand team members' bandwidth, schedules, deadlines, upcoming tasks, etc., and we use Wrike's features to quickly prioritize tasks, assign them to team members, and really focus on the work instead of managing it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We think it's great that we got this software because through it, it allowed us to customize forms, tables, so we can effectively track our assigned processes and projects from month to month. It is very functional, dynamic, with its features we have been able to plan our activities in an orderly manner. We like to see that this software alerts us in a timely manner through emails our activities, it has an easy to use template, where it saves us money and time to our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Throughout the months of management we have analyzed a flaw such as it is very limited in the free version, it is very simple, their rates are very high which makes it difficult for small businesses to get it, it does not set priorities in daily tasks, it would lack to add more features to this software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Lower the rates to get a plan and be more affordable to companies, put a variety of templates to make it more complete, but nevertheless it is very good software that, through it, we perform the coordination of our tasks effectively.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
It is excellent for project management and for communication related to projects and tasks, you can have organized conversations than in a general message thread. We use it to understand team member bandwidth, schedules, due dates, upcoming tasks, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Blueprints is good for creating recurring projects, monthly newsletter for clients, Customer support, they are really communicative! Onboarding process is really solid, Knowledge base is really great too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Difficulty creating or managing projects without clear deadlines.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Whether you and your team have multiple projects to tackle in a short or long time, Wrike will be your best friend to make sure everyone is on the same page and everyone can see each person's progress.
