One of the best tools for project workflow

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike is an excellent tool for keeping tabs on tasks and when they need to be completed. This feature is great since it provides a snapshot of your day in one place—the dashboard. By categorizing team-related tasks and assigning each member of the team a defined set of responsibilities, you can better see what has to be done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Wrike, it's simple to keep tabs on your projects and never lose sight of where you are. Because of its characteristics, you are able to maintain a crystal clear perspective of what steps need to be taken next and are constantly aware of where you stand in a project at any given time. By doing so, you might make it easy for others to pick up where you left off.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We needed more time with the tool that gives it a full review, but we were lied to about getting an extension on our trial. Wrike apparently didn't care that our data was secretly held in a subscription database. Although we had no intention of using the software, Wrike proceeded to demand payment from us despite our inaction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Then, we discovered Wrike and ran a pilot that proved quite effective in monitoring each project from start to finish. Nothing is misplaced or overlooked. We eventually expanded its use to encompass more of the organization, and today the vast majority of the company's divisions use the platform to oversee their respective workflows.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity
  • Effective Service

"Perfect program for project delivery."

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

This program stands out from the crowd because it is not overly complicated or hard to understand; anyone, regardless of experience level, can pick up and use Wrike, and the user doesn't need extensive training to make full use of the program's features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike is an excellent tool that aids in keeping track of what needs to be done and when. I like the tablero function because it summarizes your daily tasks for you. To determine what has to be done, divide the team's responsibilities into sections and assign each member specific duties. Your desk's widgets can also help you keep track of your team's progress and plan out your daily tasks. Wrike's reporting features also make it a useful tool for managing projects, since you can keep track of the work that has been done and for what time period using the software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We needed more time with the goods to do a thorough evaluation, but they falsely promised us an extension of our trial period. We were not informed that our data would be stored in a subscription database, but it seems like Wrike didn't care. We weren't worried about the product because it had no practical purpose, but then Wrike started demanding payment in various unsavory ways.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wrike is highly recommended because of how it simplifies keeping track of tasks and avoiding losing momentum. Because of its features, it is possible to have a clear overarching vision of what needs to be done next and to always know where it stands in a project.
