I think it's a great product, but it's so function
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Intuitive to use. Good support. You can almost do what you want to do with high-performance task management. High-level UI and stylish design.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gantt Charts, Dashboards, Commenting, Inbox, Custom Fields.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Slow behavior. This is the most common dissatisfaction point in the backlash from employees.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
(I apologize for my poor English.) When using with a system engineer, it is better to carefully introduce it. Wrike's editor is not very popular with engineers due to its simplicity. Also, since it is highly functional, employees with low IT literacy may not be able to keep up. If these issues can be overcome, I think it will be the best product as a current task management and work collaboration tool. Wrike is such a fun tool. It's not a tool that's easy to use, it's a tool that you want to use. Finding members who enjoy using it will help you work more efficiently at Wrike.

"Wrike simplifies project management"

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike has widespread adoption across the company. It's a framework for managing workflow that many different groups and procedures may utilize. By using Wrike, we've been able to standardize our procedures, guarantee that we'd reach key milestones, and ultimately succeed. Many departments and offices utilize it, and it works smoothly with our administrative infrastructure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very helpful for keeping track of tasks and completing projects in schedule. Every emails come with easy filing instructions and a link to the folder they were sent from. There isn't much of a learning curve to using the UI. The data I need to do my work is all in one place, and I can share it quickly and easily with a team in real time. When it comes to usability, the platform has virtually none. And it helps us all pitch in when one of us is out of the office and we need to share some urgent work news with the rest of the team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We can use Wrike's report builder to make new reports or modify old ones, and we can choose between utilizing the system's established processes or defining our own. This gives project managers a great deal of control over the way their teams collaborate on projects.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Well suited to big and medium-sized businesses with a steady stream of new tasks and requests. Intake systems allow business partners to make requests. The rest of my team may then see the request and allocate it to an expert, who will then go to work on the many tasks related with it. Any of this activity may be monitored in real time, and reports can be created instantly. It's a fantastic tool for managing workloads and producing reports.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
