Robust tool, highly customizable, great training!

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

The approval function saves significant time making notation right in the document. Wrike can be configured to meet your needs large and small.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The community team creates opportunities to get involved with product development and recommend updates. Wrike also lets you take control of the training material and customize it to your team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very robust and hard to keep simple and digestible by your users. New features are released regularly, but can sometimes derail carefully built systems. It just requires more training and communication with your team. The features are usually well-designed, just slightly disruptive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I looked at several top work management systems and Wrike is the most effective, efficient system I have ever worked with. The customization is fantastic and you can create automation and integrate with existing programs your company already uses. This keeps the interface relatively simple while allowing you to streamline processes behind the scenes. There are many training videos, user guides, and a robust community with forums. Wrike has developed certifications for Project Mastery and Report Mastery on a couple of levels that are rigorous, but not too hard to achieve. Wrike works best with a dedicated project manager & champions.

I think it's a great product, but it's so function

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Intuitive to use. Good support. You can almost do what you want to do with high-performance task management. High-level UI and stylish design.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Gantt Charts, Dashboards, Commenting, Inbox, Custom Fields.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slow behavior. This is the most common dissatisfaction point in the backlash from employees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

(I apologize for my poor English.) When using with a system engineer, it is better to carefully introduce it. Wrike's editor is not very popular with engineers due to its simplicity. Also, since it is highly functional, employees with low IT literacy may not be able to keep up. If these issues can be overcome, I think it will be the best product as a current task management and work collaboration tool. Wrike is such a fun tool. It's not a tool that's easy to use, it's a tool that you want to use. Finding members who enjoy using it will help you work more efficiently at Wrike.
