All departments in the company use Wrike. Since we implemented it, we use it to send requests for additional resources, problems or upcoming projects. All chats are easily organized in an intuitive interface. I was up and running in the first week of learning the technology. It has proven to be reliable as we have never had any outages or downtime while using it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a lot of useful features, such as the Gantt chart, which helps us with complicated projects that require multiple tasks or phases to complete, as well as folders and projects. I like how the functionality has been planned, it's great that new custom fields can be created. It gives me multiple ways to view each of my projects, we can see it in dashboards, as a list, on a timeline and within a workload. It is a solid tool with good documentation and customer support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have to manually update the dates for each task because they often remain the same when I duplicate tasks instead of updating them to the current date.

For companies managing projects that require a lot of teamwork and step-by-step tasks, it is extremely useful.

Wrikes versatility is key to its use at my company. This versatility has allowed different departments to adopt it for project management purposes. Its template provisions makes it convenient for departments with unique needs to adopt it. The aforementioned I believe, makes Wrike worthy to be termed an enterprise project management programme .

Access to real time data on Wrike is key for effective management of projects and the ability of Wrike to fully meet my needs in this regard, is my favourite part of the product. Regardless of the complexity of the project in question , Wrike enables me to get instant updates on project progress, and measure key performance indicators , all from my dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Available functions and features on the mobile version is overly limited. I struggle to achieve much on the mobile application without needing to use Wrike on my desktop.
