How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Best project management tool I've used

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike had the ability to add comment and feedback tasks on every kind of file type, including video. You could also have guests log in to do quick reviews without it counting against your total number of licenses, even if they were on the same domain. This was great for those who only occasionally needed to be involved in a project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The review capabilities. You can comment on any file type and even guests can provide feedback. Excellent when you need to involve stakeholders across the business but there's no logical reason for them to have a full access license.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It had a bit of a learning curve, and it wasn't until we had an expert who had used it at another company join us that we really got it up and humming.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have someone who has Wrike expertise, leverage them for all they're worth! Otherwise, give yourself patience. Once you get it set up exactly the way you want it, using Wrike becomes effortless. I promise.

Versatile platform for teamwork and collaboration

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike task cards can capture all necessary details, including task details, instructions, relevant URLs, names of the person assigned the task, and the deadline. Wrike keeps the team updated by sending notifications to the inbox. Everyone knows what they need to know by simply looking at their inbox.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can login from anywhere and access information conveniently with any device connected to the internet. This makes it ideal for us because most of the team members rarely come to the office. I also like the Inbox because every update is sent there. I don't miss important information even when I am away.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You have to move the task cards manually. I also don't like the fact that someone else can move your card to another section. They should only allow the person assigned the task to move the card. A confused or angry member can mix the cards or even delete some files without consent. This means you would lose it or spend time to recover lost or deleted files if you had a backup.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure all the users understand each feature and how the platform works to avoid confusion, delays, or costly mistakes.
