It is integrated with WordPress and offer services and downloadable material all at one place. It is easy to manage and process orders on this platform. The data is organized which allows the user to sort the information conveniently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a simple software and easy to learn. It is a flexible platform and coordinates with the customer. Free for starting up work. In this way, the customer get variety of options to choose according to their preference. Constant up gradation of the platform would give the user sophisticated experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User would have to install third party apps for several different functionality. The process slows down the procedure of managing the tasks. This is a disadvantage of this platform which would waste customers’ time. The interface could be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform offers low cost, a user can start shop at 0$. This feature is unique and is not offered by other platforms of this kind. Many customers are reluctant to invest, because of difficult policies and unpredictability of sales. No investment boosts the business opportunities.

We previously had to use spreadsheets to manage and track all of our sales, as well as for tax returns preparation. With WooCommerce, everything can be obtained within the dashboard and it so easy to retrieve an order, be it for a refund, or simply to view a record. My favorite aspect is the stock management features: it not only allows to set up stock amount, but also enables the seller whether he wishes to display this publicly with his product or not. The reminders when stock level falls below a number (previously set up) is also very useful, for the seller to restock in time. This helps optimize processes, reducing stock costs as well as optimizing profit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

WooCommerce has some great addons, namely WooCommerce subscriptions. However these are made available separately for an additional cost of $199 for a year. While it might not seem expensive, those little costs can be a burden for small businesses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I do believe that WooCommerce will greatly help business handling and managing their orders, and at the same time assist them in the financial reports and tax payments obligations I therefore recommend for all these benefits.

What differentiates WooCommerce from other similar products?

It is the best plugin to activate online sales, on our WordPress website. It allowed us to have access to a shopping cart and its inventory management is very good, because we can place all the inventory we have and our online customers can see it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a feature that I really like, that, when adding a product, you can categorize them by colors and sizes and assign their measures, in addition to the number of pieces that exists for each item. Not only does it have an integrated shopping cart, but it also allows the option of payment by different entities, including PayPal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has many functions, tools and buttons that can become overwhelming. Although I particularly find that the interface is very intuitive, if you do not have programming knowledge, you will need a professional to enter all your inventory and online buying and selling system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this software that has allowed me to expand my WordPress website and include an online store. It has many useful features that have helped me significantly to make the buyer's experience pleasant and dynamic within my store.
