What differentiates Whatfix from other similar products?

Only product like it I've tried.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Whenever tickets begin to pour in, I can set a WhatFix popup or Smart Tip about the issue and we can reduce ticket volume at the pain point by informing users at the point of the known issue.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In some ways, it's a bit overdesigned in that it can take 10 steps to do something that seems that it shouldn't take so many steps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To get the maximum usage from all the features, you need a dedicated product owner that doesn't have many other responsibilities.

Due to our infrastructure the fact the servers are US based

Try a proof of concept first and consider how long it will take to create all the content needed to make the roll out a success

Their customer service and support! It's different from everything that I saw before. They are kind, attentive, helpful. It's the best experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their analytics it's really good! Mainly their flow analytics, where we can see where users are dropping

What do you dislike most about this product?

i dont think that the usability it's the best... I need some help to build things on whatfix

You should really consider this product! It has the best cost and customer service
