What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Cant say what differentiates it, simply because we started with Trello 4 years ago and still going with it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Before trello, everyone had it owns notes, excel, docs etc. But with integration of Trello to our company, we quickly adopted to it and our productivity increased. Everyone has a workspace that includes every task that person is working on, with progress, photos, due dates etc. You can check other colleagues what are they working on and dont have to ask them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A lot of automations or upgrades are extra paid so you will need to upgrade to have it. Also there are limitations to how many workspaces you can have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you struggle with project/task managment, have everything in notes or papers, Trello is a great oppoturnity to boost your efficiency!

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
We mostly utilize it for project management. It is used by my team to move new clients from sales to account management, along with any pertinent transfer information. Trello has enabled me to interact and stay on the same page with my team, organize and prioritize all activities, and track the progress of each job and project we are working on. We quickly adapted to the program, which includes bots that speed up repetitive activities, saving us time and energy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Trello's dynamism and efficiency for task and project management appeal to me; it includes numerous resources for collaboration and is simple to master. This tool's user interface is sleek and well-designed, and its Kanban board technique considerably facilitates project management, planning, and monitoring. It's well structured and logically built, the plugins are there and easy to use, and it makes cross-team communication a snap.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Trello is not suitable as an intranet task organizer since it requires an internet connection to enter and manage tasks. Trello's modifications are rather restricted, and it doesn't satisfy my needs much beyond basic task management using kanban cards, etc. It also does not support the creation of proposals from templates. For that, we now use Proposify.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a simple project manager with unique capabilities for task management and team collaboration. Its design is appealing, and its methodical approach is effective. I've tried a variety of project management software, and I can confidently state that it's simple to use, intuitive, keeps you organized, and I love using it.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
I wanted a means to keep track of the manufacturing phases. With the help of this program, I can effortlessly arrange my job. My workflows are highly accessible, including through mobile applications. For everyday work, it is quite helpful. To keep track of tasks, their current status, and progress notes, I use Trello boards, lists, and cards. My partner and I can quickly review whatever fresh the other person has done on a project now that this information is in Trello.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Trello makes it easy to collaborate on projects, with this software, you can easily create a list. Trello makes it easy to organize your projects. Easy access to many Trello templates. I like the hierarchical system of boards, lists, cards, and checklists that Trello uses because it makes sense to my brain. For some people, this is a bit of a learning curve, but most people will find it.Also, the ability to drag and drop content to attach links, photos, etc. to cards is a project-oriented element.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've never had a problem with any of Trello's features. But it's be that I don't like the reminder alternatives that they require to be more successful. There are "power-ups" that make Trello more helpful and efficient, and it appears that some of them, which are only offered for a fee, should be incorporated into Trello rather than generated by a third-party source. Trello has absorbed some of the greatest add-ons over time, which I hope continues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Trello is a simple tool to use, it is an excellent program for managing workflows and projects. Remember that while the free version will get you started, you'll need to upgrade to a premium tier to fully utilize all of its features. Trello Gold should be adequate for small businesses, but anything that starts to expand and wants to connect with more users will need an enterprise-grade account.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
