Decent Project Management Tool With A Few Drawback
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Trello is free to use, easy to implement across your organization, and simple for users to quickly understand how to use the tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Trello is free to use. It's a fairly simple and straightforward project management tool. If your needs are not that advanced and you only have a few people working on a project this would be a great product to use. I like that you can tag people on tasks, schedule due dates, assign priorities, and comment on the task. We use Trello at my organization for any design requests and it gets the job done well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the lack of text formatting options. They do exist but they are not explained well and it can be a lot of trial and error to get the text to display the way you intend. I also wish the tool could do more complex project management tasks that tools such as Jira could do, but then again this tool is free!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't try and use it for large teams and complex projects.
Pros
- Trustworthy
- Client Friendly Policies
- Fair
- Altruistic
Cons

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
It is possible for any project to benefits from the usage of Trello, which helps the team adapt to a more organized approach to project management. The user can sort and filter ideas quickly and easily with this strategy. The user of Trello will be able to see what tasks have been assigned and completed, ask questions, receive alerts and updates, and share this information with colleagues all in one spot. Trello's ability to store documents and photographs on my tablet is one of my favorite features since it allows me to use it as a database for all of the information related to the projects I've been working on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using Trello, the team was able to develop a number of common ground points where they were able to work together effectively. A more comprehensive project management process has emerged as a result of everyone's eagerness to keep their boards up to date, and we now have a better understanding of both the successes and challenges we've achieved thus far. Furthermore, each of our records is linked to the records of our coworkers, making it easier for us to manage claims and send letters, as well as issue numerous reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Trello's themes are gorgeous, inspiring you to work, and simple to use, as everything is displayed on the board. This helps me stay on top of all of my tasks and notes. As everyone now works to present and update the tasks and activities on their own boards constantly, giving the project management, stakeholders and all of the work team the ability to track tasks accurately, he defined the course of the project's operations and worked to highlight the achievements as well as the outstanding problems and risks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Everybody who wishes to keep track of their projects' progress should use it. Team members are encouraged to always put forward their ideas and solutions to challenges, which helps break down barriers and fosters greater cooperation in the project's best interest.
