Inbuilt dashboards made for the leadership team and salea managers. The dashboards are used to generate real-time status on their performances and support extensive reports

Sales managers now can run visualizations, such as leaderboards, that compare commisisions metrics of their team members via the Summary Report Functionality
What do you dislike most about this product?
Though spiffs are good for sales in doses, cordinating several spiffs can end up being costly, and there can be diminishing returns if the company uses too many

Spiffs are designed to help businesses meet or exceed sales goals in a short period of time. Spiffs is one way to keep employees invested and efficient

What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?
Spiff has been great for helping us give transparent visibility to all customer-facing roles into how their commissions are calculated. It has helped tremendously with reducing the amount of commission-related questions that come through to payroll and build trust with the reps and managers. We've grown the sales headcount 2x and it's been really nice keeping things smooth and simple for building new plans and transitioning reps into new plans. The UI is easy to understand and their Solutions Consulting team is excellent to work with. The app has been able to handle any commission plan we've thrown at it without any issues. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UX and simplicity with managing teams and plans and the end user feedback is excellent
What do you dislike most about this product?
Overall we've had a good experience using the app. If i had to list some things here would be the general learning curve of the app but once you have that down its relatively easy to manage. It would be nice if we could automate a bit more on the quota inputs, but i'd need to explore if that's possible.It would also be nice to have slack notifications for reps for fun but its not super essential in my opinion - that's more of a nice to have
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Managing the ever-growing list of comp plans and any changes to comp plans. We're solving finance headaches with having previously calculated commission in spreadsheets and its now almost all fully automated. The main benefits are trust among reps, simple reconciliation come time to submit payments for commission, and scalability to help us easily manage commission for any department we add to the app.
