What do you dislike most about this product?

Email communication is not dynamic or easy to change, i.e., can't show edited products, probably won't update with any changes. Lacks some basic functionality that would seem to be a no-brainer. Some very business functions are missing. Deposited credit cards only work through Shopify and are not saved to customer accounts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make changes quickly on a platform made for developers, by developers. Shopify's APIs are exceptional. Comparing these to other platforms is night and day. This makes it much easier to build your own experience and be productive. Keep customer and payment advice secure with the highest level of data encryption, bot protection, fraud analysis, chargeback recovery and automatic reconciliation.

For instance, despite widespread demand over the years, the "Product Cost" category wasn't included until recently. Shopify Plus hasn't provided us with all the tools we need to make launching in some areas smooth.
