It’s focused on what it’s been created for as a scheduling system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was good at times useful to spread out all the information on the screen

What do you dislike most about this product?

If multiple user are trying to upload information it does not show info until finished.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking to schedule for sales reps would recommend using free calendar programs. But definitely recommend when trying to have a clean business calendar for work or for a single person.

Easy to use and perfect for non-profits!

What differentiates Setmore from other similar products?

Setmore is incredibly easy to implement and training for the system has always been a breeze as staff come and go. It is important for a non-profit to have the ability to use a system that not only meets the needs of the end user, but also provides reporting features that are often needed for grants and reporting purposes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and the ability to customize are two of my favorite aspects of Setmore.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only dislike and it's not really that big of a deal is the "seat" purchase. We have somewhat of a revolving door of staff and so when one employee leaves, we like to keep their seat available for the next person rather than pay for another seat. It involves a bit of discipline to keep track of employees leaving and which seats are open and when do we need to purchase an additional seat.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely a great purchase for our non-profit. It has worked well with scheduling personal training sessions and we are looking to implement in another area of our business line soon as well. Highly recommend.

was great back in the days. when calendly and the rest was not established it made the trick and worked great to get interviews and meetings booked.
