I haven't had experience with similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Keeps our prospects engaged and helps to move the sales cycle forward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI. I'm looking forward to all users being able to send touches without admin having to create the individual touch.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Figure out how to keep it top-of-mind with the team. It's easy to forget about in the busy day to day, but it's a game changer when actually used.

Great for customers when used in the right context

What differentiates Sendoso from other similar products?
Good access to global gifting when working in EMEA
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like being able to send someone a gift to brighten their day in the right context.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UX for me as a salesperson is poor. The chrome extension needs work and the Salesforce and amazon integrations need even more work. Also not able to batch gift or message well. No text templates or personalisation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that you consider your buyers and regions and if it would make sense to gift them product with Sendoso in your sales cycle. Some industries and buyers may not like this but it has worked well for me in SaaS
