Additionally, it serves as a valuable tool for acknowledging and celebrating customer and employee milestones and contributions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I find Sendoso to be incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Navigating the platform is a breeze, and I particularly enjoy the simplicity of creating and distributing sends with just a few clicks. Sendoso has continuously evolved and improved over the years, expanding its range of sending options and refining the user experience (UX) and capabilities to enhance the tool's flexibility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to several team changes we have experienced since our initial engagement with the company, we have had to reiterate the company's objectives, account details, and goals multiple times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It proves highly effective for Enterprise companies when utilized for purposes beyond fulfilling advocate gifts, not sure if this can be applied to smaller companies.
