What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automates lead distribution, does not allow duplicate leads, makes it easy to create campaign codes for marketing activities, allows leads to be assigned to partners, makes it easy to track progress and generate and view reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface is not the most modern or attractive, and it is a heavy tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
it is suitable for all types of businesses due to its wide range of functions and its strong integration with SAP and non-SAP products. You will have to decide whether or not you want to integrate the system with other SAP components before making any decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I favor the best factor in this software system is that I can set up my all jobs and add the previous one or 2 days. and that I can organize with all my co-workers in this software. It offers a supportive platform to build planning management to extend my sales. Superb interface and quality among devices that make it straightforward to use and operate. It has helped me to boost my forecast accuracy and identify at-risk opportunities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One issue I detected negatively at the time was the somewhat long changeover time. The various tutorials or even PDF documentations are helpful, however, in the mass of a serious restructuring, it could all be created a lot easier. All in all, I can solely suggest the excellent coaching courses from SAP here for the future.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
