What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
The ability to customise your fields according to your organisation's needs is the best and most likeable feature for me. Even on the extreme level of customisation, the user-friendliness of this platform is super cool. Navigation between screens is very smooth because the element of each page is too intuitive, which makes it a neat and clean screen. The visual representation of a super cool dashboard division-wise is the greatest strength. This platform allows us to create our customised dashboard based on client needs using the drag & drop feature, and also I can fetch the custom reports as well. Very easy to send contracts to your client
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Undoubtedly, this platform is built to reduce human effort, and trust me. Salesforce CRM is one of the leading companies in the market, making human life effortless. We've been using service cloud for years, implementing integration to our contact centre, migrating our knowledge base into the CRM, and adding chatbot and chat functionality. Salesforce CRM is available on all the most valuable platforms. I have used this platform on Windows, Mac, mobile, and Tablets. The best part is there is no limitation of setup feature irrespective of platform. It has a lot of data stores associated with clients like URLs, phone calls, notes, notes, images.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far, so good. I did not face any critical or major issues. But it would be good to make this platform flexible with any VoIP vendor. Also, it took me a little while to figure out timezone settings so that I see the dates as per my local timezone. The search feature can also be improved for better and fast access. Rest all working well for me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
No need for any recommendations as this platform is getting used in almost every industry. Salesforce CRM is a very secure and trusted platform to track sales opportunities and touch-points with prospects related to those opportunities. Working with vendors to integrate their tools to improve sales intelligence as well as the proposal and contracting process. The data is rich and effective. We also can execute very effective outbound work using the integration with outreach.

What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
SalesForce is a product with which we can increase sales in different ways. It is excellent for creating visualizations on official product pages and reinforcing the strategies we apply. This platform gives us very good options to predict the percentage of sales achieved which allows us to see which distribution option in the labor field is more viable for each product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It shows us statistics with real numbers and automatic predictions. Brings us closer to customers by engaging in conversations about service and product quality which generates great trust and good loyalty. Promotes production increase as it has channels and options available to contact new suppliers and partners.
What do you dislike most about this product?
SalesForce is characterized by helping its users to get better results, but the platform should have a professional assistance that is focused on explaining each area of the page as its interface is a bit difficult to understand if you do not have the necessary experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although your reports can be exported if the client requires it, there should be an option to keep the backup via email. Create instructional tutorials on the correct use of the platform. Generate a guide of frequently asked questions or tips to improve the strategies and campaigns created by users and lastly, if possible, update the application so that functions such as editing graphics and sharing screens are possible.
