Salesforce is the best software on the market with numerous options for 3rd party integrations

The license fees with a number of add on modules can get rather expensive

What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
It really seems to try its best. The team listens to feedback from clients and tries to roll out improvements in future updates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We used this to track as-built changes to a massive piece of mobile equipment constructed over the course of about 30 days. Using salesforce it was easy for the guys in the field to document what needed to change, allowing the engineers in the office to see those need real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI on some browsers is a little goofy. I sometimes got lost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a shot, see if it's for you.

Easy to search and locate accounts/contact/opportunities.

Filtering reports can be a bit cumbersome.
