Rydoo offers the best expense software that helps us identify where our company is spending too much and where the bottlenecks are through their easy-to-use dashboards

Building reports that work best for our business by filtering transactions by debit or credit card, category, employee, supplier, missing receipt, amounts, and more

What do you dislike most about this product?

Streamline the process of tracking all subscription spending and provide insights into upcoming company payments to help employees estimate their monthly expenditure

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Define individual or team thresholds and adjust them at any time. The associated budget owner will receive notifications in real-time to approve transactions which helps reduce risk of fraud and support spend control

What differentiates Rydoo Expense from other similar products?

The tool allows you to book frights and hotels in different parts of the world since it allows multi currency. Its also has a feature where the staffs will be able to upload a receipt for easier accountability of funds allocated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The good thing with the tool is ease of use and customization. The tool also allows you to predict the future of your organization through historical data stored.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes scanning the receipts fails otherwise the tool is great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Despite your organizations size, the tool commands some respect.
