Easy to use, but a bit pricey

What differentiates Robin from other similar products?
It is easier to use and much better UX (end user experience) then some of their competitors, especially Microsoft. But, Microsoft is becoming easier to use and manage for similar aspects. So those that are a Microsoft shop may not see/need the added value pieces of Robin at that price point
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pretty easy to manage when you just have a couple of sites. You can customize settings for rooms on different floors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The license costs for rooms and desks seems a bit high to me
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you find value and use cases for 75% of the features that Robin offers you will definitely get your moneys worth and I would recommend. If you aren’t going to use that much you may be better off looking for a more inexpensive solution.

What differentiates Robin from other similar products?
Their after-sales follow up is dismal compared to other companies. I had a set list of requirements. Robin indicated that it would cost $125 per desk for the year. That was more money then I wanted to spend. They then indicated a different (lower cost) program but failed to mention that it wouldn't satisfy my list of requirements. Yes, I failed to reconfirm, but they signed me up anyway and 2 days after launching they reconfirmed that my requirements were not going to be met at the level we were at and that I could pay the higher price, and that a refund would not be available to me (seriously 2 days into the contract).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. Lots of cool features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I felt a bit of bait and switch and when I looked to get a refund they told me on no uncertain terms would they do that. Went right up to the top and was told I couldn't be helped. I let them know that they got the initial year's worth of sales from me and that I would never by from them again. To add insult to injury, although we severed our contract after a year, the software kept sending emails to employees, with no ability on their end to fix it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
NOT AT ALL
