What differentiates RingCentral APIs from other similar products?

RingCentral gives the call quality and clarity while calling, you could easily have conversation with limited bandwidth

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

you can send group sms where individual can only see it a single sms

What do you dislike most about this product?

it should log the activitiy automatically, say if you get a voicemail, it could enter that in salesforce as an activity, maybe this is more of an AI feature which they can come up

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

RingCentral is a lead generation app for cold calling and sms campaign, it's not expensive neither cheap, so use it for your sales team

What differentiates RingCentral APIs from other similar products?

It is more of a phone number versus a complete Outbound Sales platform. It is good if you don't need to prospect for leads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not very robust and more outbound sales platforms are more ideal for my prospecting and AM role

This is good if you just need a business phone number
