What differentiates Revenue Grid from other similar products?

Been using for many years, it has worked well, I have not really researched other options recently. However, the cost is almost equal to my small Salesforce licensing cost so the cost makes it almost cost prohibitive for a very small business like mine with only 3 users. Some colleagues decided against this product because of the cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

moving emails to customer accounts in salesforce

What do you dislike most about this product?

the cost is high based on my usage. I solely use the feature of posting emails into salesforce. I wish there were a less expensive version that just offered that function only. I don't use the other functions of the platform. However, I will say that Revenue Gird has worked with me and has allowed me to get discounts by buying 3 year leases at a time.

give it a try it is super helpful.
