A big selling point for the QustionPro platform is the robust role management feature and offline mobile support.

the role and user management system is my favorite aspect/feature of the application

I dislike the UI/UX of the application. I feel it is not user friendly compared to other survey platforms I have used.

It is an amazing product. QuestionPro is robust and can solve basically almost all survey related needs.
