What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
1 Gathers statistical information on performance. 2 Easy to use, no complex knowledge is required. 3 Reliable. 4 It has a complete sales funnel with the necessary measures, such as average deal closing rate, average time to win deals; among others that predict results with greater certainty. 5 Email function where it tracks conversations, plus it is compatible with Gmail, Office 365, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Calls, tasks, reminders, deadlines and meetings, it is an excellent client-company relationship manager. I like Pipedrive because my performance assisting and supporting sales is now an easier task, the best thing is that it was easy to implement and currently remains easy to use, it perfectly manages contacts in addition to the activities and tasks to be performed with potential customers. Another feature that I like is the fact that I can synchronize the inbox as I can send emails directly from the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app, definitely needs improvement, it is very slow and the interface is not the best, I don't use it much, but it is necessary since if I need access to Pipedrive and I don't have my laptop I have to resort to my smartphone. I think it's the only aspect I don't love, everything else is at a decent and professional level.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To improve communication with clients and optimize deal closing methods and expand possibilities, Pipedrive is a good entry tool, I would say it is more focused for small and medium-sized companies, which is not to say that for large companies it is not up to the task.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
The amount of integrations it has is attractive, MailChimp, Gmail, Zapier, Teams, among others. It is relatively cheaper than other CRMs on the market. Simple interface that helps to better manage the customer lifecycle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pipedrive is a focused, specific and professional CRM with a competitive price. It's a funnel that helps me get from potential customers to prospects, saving me a lot of work and giving me specific guidelines and steps to follow, as well as offering courses and tutorials. Pipedrive gets you up and running quickly, once you log in it guides you through its features and how to implement them in your business and projects, simple and effective. It also features automation of repetitive tasks such as sending emails. Automatic call and email tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app often freezes or is not stable, it has a lot of potential and the idea is good but more work needs to be done on it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good solution for small and medium businesses, personally I think it does not need complex consultation and training as Pipedrive guides you from the beginning and that is a great advantage, I recommend it, it has a free trial period and the prices of the plans are not the cheapest but not the most expensive, due to the recognition it has and the security of the data is worth it.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
This CRM provides you with reports, statistics, has a mobile version, API, conversation tracking, compatibility with various email providers, personalization of activities and contacts, among other features that make it better than other tools on the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pipedrive is a great help in my work role, it makes me feel more capable of handling various issues with my clients without losing my mind or messing up my activities. What I like most about this software is that it allows me to see in a simple and clear way the status of each business process, giving me steps and tips on what needs to be done for a successful closure, highlighting the elements that require more attention. The calls, tasks, reminders, meetings and deadlines allow me to have more control and forecast positive results with more certainty.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Regarding its price, I do not agree that very basic and simple functions are limited in the most economical plan, so now I use a higher plan, although the automation functions should be improved, if the user pays more then expect more from the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Learning to use pipedrive is fast, it doesn't require a lot of time for training. I recommend it for being one of the most complete and reliable CRM in terms of results. It is suitable for small and medium sized companies.
