Probably the easiest to use CRM on the market.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

We don't have much time to enter CRM information. Pipedrive saves us time managing CRM and documenting customer opportunities. We no longer spend as much time as we used to on sales reports. Improve the sales process and link marketing and sales. We may assess the impact of the sales process and then investigate why a deal did not succeed at the level it did.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy how businesses connect to one or more contacts and subsequently to transactions. It's simple to use and easy to combine with other apps. It's simple to set up and operate, and it has a fantastic auto-onboarding approach. I appreciate that we can partially customize pipelines. Pipedrive also features a plethora of upgrading choices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The marketing options are quite restricted, and what I detest the most is that there is no attribution of inbound leads to Pipedrive forms. We have no clue where the leads for our online forms are coming from, therefore we need to ask them. It's a little pricy, and the packages appear to be a little complicated in terms of upsell choices. There are too many alternatives for additional costs. They may also be given a lengthier trial period.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an excellent CRM software, Pipedrive is very easy to implement and improves workflow, it is also very efficient for self-service.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive has been really useful in determining how far along all of my customers are in my pipeline, indicating tasks that need to be finished, and providing me with tools I can use to stay in more frequent communication because I find it challenging to maintain track of several clients at once, by making each feature accessible to everyone and making it simple to use and navigate, Pipedrive has helped me overcome my own lack of organizing abilities. Deals, assignments, predictions, and meetings have all significantly improved my sales abilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how I can set up reminders to remind me how long it has been since I last communicated with a certain consumer. It's also really useful to be able to simply interact with my customer via Pipedrive and maintain the contacts related with specific agreements. Keeping track of deals in Pipedrive has helped me understand the flow of what has to happen at each stage by categorizing them. This is complemented with tasks (task queues) that allow me to stay "on task" and prevent anything from escaping my MQL, SQL and Clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some logging capabilities (especially email logging) can be weird and clumsy. As much as I enjoy the Pipedrive Outlook plugin, it occasionally has problems with improper login and has lost certain email data. Threads spread on their own, making it harder to discover exactly what you're looking for. Searching through extensive email history may be time-consuming because I can't just use CTRL+F and search for something specific, thus I have to dig. I've also had some formatting errors with the email tool, where it doesn't properly style links.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest Pipedrive above other firms only because of its ease of use and the support staff, which gives helpful materials, templates, and tips to assist me improve my sales experience. Pipedrive has a lot of fantastic features that you may use. Take the time to learn about all of the features so you can utilize them correctly. I like the Things tool, but I used to abuse it by scheduling all of my tasks at once and being overwhelmed.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It’s an extremely full and easy CRM; I appreciate its style and ease of use; it has many useful capabilities, and it is straightforward to tag and work with different team members. Pipeline options have a user-friendly interface and are great for making and customizing reports. I heartily recommend it to customers who have no expertise with CRM; I’ve tried various and this is often the one I liked the most.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The synchronization it has with google tools is ideal, particularly the calendar, because it automatically tracks all calls and emails, making reminders on the regular date and time. It’s a database for clients and general contacts, that helps us to quickly notice the clients we wish to figure with. It additionally has call recording, which permits us to form corrections and enhancements in the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pipedrive Dashboard isn’t as engaging or easy as different CRMs like Hubspot. It doesn’t have as several selling tools and automation options as Hubspot or other similar services. After you get new leads, it's a touch confusing since I believe you need a lead inbox to raised separate them and works from there rather than having to browse through the contacts area.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive is the tool for you if you would like an easy-to-use and inexpensive pipeline management tool. I powerfully recommend it for people who have very little experience with CRM and need one to get started because it’s plenty of helpful info and lessons. It’s additionally ideal for professional users since it contains a superfluity of intriguing and comprehensive features.
