Love that this payroll tracking system permits you to predefine how to earn PTO however, it also, lets me add extra PTO for “Bonus” functions without disrupting the system in place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Response to client service requests sent via email is a very little slower than I’d like. However since they’ve not created any errors and customer service during setup was first-rate, I’m about to offer them a “pass” on this issue.
