What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SCOM is very easy to use & it helps our company in infrastructure monitoring & also helps to ensure the system performance. SCOM supports both private & public clouds which is the main feature that makes it different from other similar products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as such to mention because it helped my organization to set up proper monitoring tasks with performance checks daily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Best product if we compare it with similar one & my company has been using it for a long period without any technical issues. Customer support is also good & helpful if you need any assistance.
