What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
This software is a very good tool, since we used it it has been able to show us different factors or problems that could be damaging our work, with its help the organization has been able to support a lot of content of great interest and pleasure for administrative and marketing positions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love this software because thanks to it we can access comments, questionnaires and all kinds of information that is handled in the organization, it also helps us to have a better visibility of the role we play for our clients, your opinion is important and for them works with great strength and always in the best way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the software is quite complete and very good to tell the truth, when it comes to tools to streamline searches or reorganize certain formats you can only work with office system platforms and that is a bit outdated, convenient but outdated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this software because it has simple and practical tools that generate great results in your organization. It is a product that is continuously getting higher productivity and the best thing is that it allows you to be aware of your customers and your workers, it ensures that there is communication between what you want to give and what you offer, this software enhances the best of you.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
The integration with other tools are very useful, I can develop a whole system from having a survey then put up a dashboard at Power BI.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
First is that the free version can solve most of my problems as well as making a survey forms is a breeze and second integrating it with Power BI to make cool analysis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If only there's a way to add a visual chart (dynamic so the values will change base on selection) then I can make a distribution diagram for the survey
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
MS Forms is really useful especially when you want to build up a survey in a couple of minutes.

Among the fundamental characteristics that this product possesses without a doubt, branch skill stands out and it is undoubtedly its main letter, it is a product that is used more frequently and the fact that it is simple saves us a lot of time and allows the community members to perform in a manner much more effective and efficient. It also allows you to be exactly what people need and the adaptability that you gained company thanks to that has been quite large.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although most of their options are quite various, they tend to see different types of negative details in the product than to perform especially the support in an excel sheet since these processes have long and tedious do and if they are carried out constantly they can get to generate great losses of time in the organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a product that can be recommended to many companies in a simple way since they can use this software in order to expand and improve their ability to carry out survey forms both internally and externally, allowing a better interdepartmental flow and a better flow to customers.
