Unlike competing tools, this one has a straightforward and user-friendly interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

-Manychat has one of the best user interfaces for chatbot marketing, making it simple for anyone to develop a bot to promote their business or service. -Many prefabricated layouts are available to meet the needs of various businesses, including gyms, restaurants, spas, online retailers, health and beauty service providers, real estate agencies, etc. Fantastic feature: catching and releasing a large number of chats at once. You can quickly and easily connect Button to your site, check it out, and even sell products through PayPal with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've realized that Manychat has a flaw in its chatbot prototype several times when using it. Compatible with Facebook's Messenger without any issues. Another thing is that they demand one thousand contacts on the free plan. However, this is not the case; even after adding only 15–20 contacts, you will be informed that your inbox is full and you must update your strategy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want the best possible user experience, I highly recommend this program.
