What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
It is used in our sales department, the role it has played in it has been quite good, especially we have gained speed when it comes to contacting our clients and we have also managed to streamline our outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Among the great advantages of this product is its great capacity to assign tasks easily and without so many complications, and its verification is carried out in a practical and intuitive way. allows us to easily follow up on our new contacts. His reports are also very good, they are adapted to the needs that prevail in our department.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has some bugs which are not so big that they bother the user experience a bit, such as, for example, that it is not possible to track the quotes based on the budget or objective of the same. also the workflow for assigning tasks leaves much to be desired and in my opinion it is not up to the standard of the rest of the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a highly recommended product which can be perfectly adapted to a department and even a complete sales section if it is not large, however when the size begins to be considerable, the product tends to incur small errors due to the high number of homework.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Insightly has been a most profitable tool on the market for CRM. It offers me a platform with a very easy to use and intuitive interface to thus obtain a better relationship with clients and potential clients. It is much easier to integrate with other platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This platform optimizes my sales activities in a much simpler way and I can also deliver great content to my clients in a personalized way, thus improving the relationship and increasing the compression. I love that I can integrate a storage tool like Outlook where I can save a backup of my data or also be able to integrate Oracle as a database.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You can have security problems when hosting the data within a public or third-party cloud, this makes you lose a bit of quality standards when looking for a reliable product. This would be my biggest problem with this platform, otherwise everything goes on the fly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When campaigns are being carried out, it provides updates in real time, being able to track the general performance instantly, being aware of the events that happen. This platform can be a key tool when making business decisions through key performance indicators.
