What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Their integration into cms options such as gsuite. Also, the product is very user friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease with which it can be used. We have some employees who are very limited with their technology abilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It could be more streamlined but I overall it’s very easy to use. I have had to help our users over the phone but that’s tapered off.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Call and get live help for your questions. Don’t try to go it alone when choosing a package.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Unlike other products similar to the market, this helps us to know where we are currently and more importantly what we can do next and when to do it to continue growing, it is a fairly intuitive product and gives us functions to always continue growing. information about new leads is centralized within this software so we can easily track them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a pretty good product which allows, among other things, to link between sales and the different managers of each project in order to always have the information at hand and with links that generate productivity and efficiency within the different departments that use it. It also allows us to store information through stages and to make an excellent management of our potential clients, all this information is always at hand.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some integrations are missing so that this product can have a high quality and be the best of the best since we cannot quote directly in other applications from this software you can see our quotes from other software to it would also be a very good advance to be able to track to quotes based on a budget or objective.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a product with quite interesting characteristics. At least in our organization we really like the different set of activities since they allow you to configure an activity repeatedly and use it by modifying only some settings in different contracts. Although there were some problems deciphering the product initially it is worth spending time as the results have to do quite good and the scope helps greatly.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
It is used in our sales department, the role it has played in it has been quite good, especially we have gained speed when it comes to contacting our clients and we have also managed to streamline our outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Among the great advantages of this product is its great capacity to assign tasks easily and without so many complications, and its verification is carried out in a practical and intuitive way. allows us to easily follow up on our new contacts. His reports are also very good, they are adapted to the needs that prevail in our department.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has some bugs which are not so big that they bother the user experience a bit, such as, for example, that it is not possible to track the quotes based on the budget or objective of the same. also the workflow for assigning tasks leaves much to be desired and in my opinion it is not up to the standard of the rest of the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a highly recommended product which can be perfectly adapted to a department and even a complete sales section if it is not large, however when the size begins to be considerable, the product tends to incur small errors due to the high number of homework.
