It might be challenging to upgrade software because of its complicated function, interface, and distribution.

Although I still prefer the discontinued desktop client, it is fairly simple to use. We are currently updating to the most recent version, which should greatly enhance the experience for users. This program has a number of flaws, but its inability to traverse through different systems is by far the worst. As a result, there are several compatibility concerns, which many find aggravating at first. The developers must make significant changes, which should raise client satisfaction levels.
