What differentiates Infor CloudSuite Financials from other similar products?

Rich customer data from conversations and transactions across the company is made available to sales teams by Infor CRM, which also fits the current flexible workforce with different access options. Its strong automation capabilities for processes help sales teams apply best practices and operate more efficiently. Additionally, it offers practical insights that support strategic prioritization and well-informed decision-making.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a CRM, it offers the typical set of information management features, including a database for account and contact information as well as any other information the company may require, such as ideas, prospects, goods, refunds, promotions, complaints, etc. Business users with system access can view this data from any location, even immediately in Outlook. This CRM does all necessary tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software runs quite slowly and takes a while to carry out a command. As a result, many users are a little hesitant to choose its premium plans, and the auto-saving functionality is also absent. It might be challenging to upgrade software because of its complicated function, interface, and distribution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although I still prefer the discontinued desktop client, it is fairly simple to use. We are currently updating to the most recent version, which should greatly enhance the experience for users. Even at the administrator level, changes are simple to make. For research and integration with data from other platforms, you can relatively easily extract information into business objects.

Because relationships with customers are the lifeblood of your organization, Infor CRM gives you a complete picture of every contact with your customers throughout your sales, marketing, customer support, and support teams. This allows you to maximize the effect of every interaction throughout the customer's lifecycle, whether in the headquarters or on the go.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Your email correspondence is immediately added to the appropriate contact in the database by Infor, who also keeps track of this data. You always remember when you last spoke with the client. Keeps track of all possibilities that are open, closed, or delayed for each account so that you always know whoever your top clients are. Additionally, Infor support has consistently provided assistance as soon as possible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This program has a number of flaws, but its inability to traverse through different systems is by far the worst. As a result, there are several compatibility concerns, which many find aggravating at first. The developers must make significant changes, which should raise client satisfaction levels.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Presently, InforCRM serves as the backbone for several business segments. The management team of our farming pool has access to exclusive tabs. We use InforCRM internally to manage sales data and contact information on the sales side. We also use it heavily for task tracking, invoicing, and exporting reports on sales prospects to our demanding team.
