What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
To reduce the amount of human effort, Hubspot has allowed us to automate a number of simple operations. In the long run, it becomes really substantial when used daily. Even after more than two years of use, we continue to discover new features and improvements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like its simplicity. To meet the demands of many departments within an organization, you must first spend some time setting everything up correctly and learning how each component works.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It bothers me because they force you to implement automated processes that you can't trust. Since the automation stopped working, I contacted support several times; Therefore, I must control its availability. In that case I will have to turn it off and then turn it back on. There are times when it is not reliable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Your needs and level of customization determine the simplicity of use. While the setup may be intimidating at first, the basics are really easy to understand. The more time we dedicate to it, the more we invest.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
Service Hub is the best tool for startups as it is easy to use, offers a variety of amazing features (like chat and ticketing widgets), and has excellent support. It also has a user-friendly atmosphere, so new users can learn it quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my role as a sales development representative, I rely on HubSpot to facilitate communication with our existing clientele, as well as generate leads and send email campaigns. It's notable that HubSpot offers all of these features in one convenient package; I'm grateful that I don't have to look for what I need somewhere else.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While using the system, I encountered some issues such as reporting limits and delays in ticketing and management. The system sometimes generated duplicate records, making reduction a difficult task. Hubspot does a great job of keeping everything in one place; However, it is not entirely simple when it comes to integrating with other technologies.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Easy to understand data and dashboards are the result of everything that comes together in HubSpot Service Hub. Even after just a few months of use, I feel like I'm getting the hang of it and it has helped us significantly improve our customer service KPIs.
