What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

What differentiates Hubspot from others is how they handle moving tickets and displaying the information for the ticket. It is very easy to establish who created it and why and when. It is also really easy to tell when the ticket was last worked.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of the product is being able to easily find the information for a ticket without having to ask the previous person for details. I also love the automatic account association that automatically assigns the correct account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once in a while, Hubspot will log out and you have to re-login with your username and password.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that every time you create an account for a customer, please be as detailed with the information so that the tickets assign properly. Also, customize it to how you want it to appear as it will make using the software easier to use. The visualization of what status the ticket in columns helps identify what is needed to be done and when to follow up.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

It integrates smoothly with lots of apps. It has a complete user interface where you can have clear management of your pending tasks, tickets follow-ups, collaborations all in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way how the tickets are associated with a client record, and how easy you can follow notes in cases where you have to take over a case you did not start.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Chats user interface! After it is close and you want to open it in a new tab is kinda difficult to find the URL,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check the integration list first, then go straight forward to see how the clients' data is organized in the user interface.
