What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

The JIRA integration is without a doubt my favorite component.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The nicest thing is how quickly I can speak with someone on the phone about even the most basic queries and receive extremely complicated responses. When I needed it the most, reps have helped me think things through and for hours at a time, but I can also have a one-minute talk, find a quick solution, and move on. Every person I speak with on the phone is kind and eager to go above and above.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only serious problem we've encountered thus far was configuring SSO for our users to access the Hubspot Knowledge Base. We employ a very extensive and well-known authentication procedure, but we had to apply too many workarounds to make the SSO function. It seems sense to concentrate on well-known products like Okta, but completing the SSO proved just too challenging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It enables us to construct new website pages and landing pages for marketing purposes without utilizing costly engineering resources.

Incredibly powerful workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being so customizable takes its toll. Implement it and get it ready to use is complex, can last a while and their implementation team isn't that helpful.

Easy to maintain and install the software differentiate it from others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to integrate and get started. Tracking tickets and managing inboxes is very structured and organized. 360 degree view are easy to set up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Site Speed need to be improved. Tool is bit expensive. Multiple automation features are missing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool integrate perfectly with HubSpot CRM in in the table view.
