What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?

I never used any other product that it's similar, but I know that the global team compared all products and decided to go with Hotjar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The usability, because it's really easy to use, and their continuous improvement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing that I dislike... I would only like to have a better way to segment users, for example: with a CSV file

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should really consider Hotjar to your product! You'll have great insights, and you'll be able to improve usability for your users in your own product.

What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?

I used Google Analytics, but there I could only check dry information and data. Here, the difference is - I follow my users and with my empathy, I break down their pain points and solve potential problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tracking users in various ways, I can sense every click they make, even mouse movements across the screen. This is very important for us - designers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, I haven't had any problems, as I am almost a new user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With the simplicity of this tool, it offers easy and intuitive user tracking.
