What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is the one product that seamlessly allows for transcription of calls to be coached on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Gong is the ability to read transcriptions & the calendar/timeline of communication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far, for my role in account development, there isn't anything I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to use Gong as a tool to coach sales reps, customer experience managers, & existing account execs/managers.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Ease of use. Library of call recordings are easily navigable and accessible. Analytics support salespeople to close deals and improve quality of pipeline. Well run organisation that hires quality people and promotes from within.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Library of calls that allow me to access information from across my large organisation that I otherwise wouldn't be able to digest.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of new features. It does everything that I want it to, but as a long term customer I would have hoped for some new flagship features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You have to actually use it to get the value from it. For example, if there is not a culture of self improvement in the sales org, then nobody will review their performance, nobody will try to learn from others, and no value will be extracted. Someone must take ownership and drive usage.
