What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Previously, I had to do everything by hand. With GongGong, I can quickly find relevant information by searching for keywords, isolating relevant snippets, and creating scorecards to utilize in particular situations. While Gong's tech is impressive the company's people and dedication to your success set them apart. It is a fantastic tool with which you cannot go wrong.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like listening to past conversations with my sales team after they have occurred since I cannot be there for every call. Appreciate the detailed metrics and the option to save podcasts for offline listening. Also, I like highlighting certain aspects of a conversation and providing feedback to agents about what they're doing well and where they can improve.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The transcripts occasionally pick up phonetic words that don't make sense when taken individually, but this doesn't affect the overall meaning. I can't see a successful sales team operating without it. It's hard for me to find fault with Gong. The occasional difficulty in locating the desired call has not been too bothersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of Gong's best features is its ability to categorize a call's content into discrete subcategories based on keywords and topics. Consider all how your communication may be boosted by having a record of every call you've ever made at your fingertips. As a robust piece of a developing sales team's infrastructure, GongGong is essential.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Overall, I'm super pleased with the Gong functionality. Our organization utilizes this software to record important discussions with our potential customers, identify unsafe or illegal conversational subjects, train new salespeople on best practices, and for any other purposes that can be determined from the assessment and interpretation of sales calls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I honestly have no idea how our sales department is as successful; it's just impossible without this. Its higher adaptability has improved user experience overall and fostered healthier, more productive staff members, which was essential for us for both purposes: making our company profitable and delivering excellent customer service. We found it convenient because everything can be managed from a single platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'm still learning the role and getting acclimated to it. I'm not certain yet if I have any grievances towards them too. Actually, I find it: I believe there are instances where Gong is supposed to join the call but doesn't. That might offend users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong gives customer-facing teams the tools and higher functionality they need to make the most of their most important assets. Then Gong distributes insights at scale, enabling the revenue and go-to-market teams to choose the most effective course of action for successful outcomes.

You can skim through recordings based on who is talking and when which makes finding important pieces of the conversation easier
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You are able to send a recording to prospects for them to listen to. You can skip to parts of the conversation where a specific person is speaking so that you can utilize it for training purposes easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have anything that I dislike about Gong
