Disappointing and frustrating

What differentiates Evolve IP Desktop as a Service from other similar products?

EvolveIP was simple enough, but frustrating as a user and difficult to support as an IT technician. The company switched to another solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I did not have a favorite. When the company switched to another vendor, there were several features I liked that I realized EvolveIP was missing such as proper data collection and retrieval.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Connection was often terrible as a user and there were long downtimes. The support technicians were often dismissive and unknowledgeable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look into others.

People and training resources. Their library of resources for their product is expansive and well organized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to login from anyplace, anytime with total security to access my work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Admittedly, I like well designed UI's. Evolve IP's is rather spartan, but it gets the job done.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you look at the resources available to you for properly understanding and utilizing the platform.
