Sometimes the categories could be confusing when submitting for reimbursement

Hotel expense tracking is cumbersome and requires multiple steps

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Training and demos are very important. Take the extra time to make sure employees understand the tool and how to use it. This makes implementation and acceptance go smoother.
