What differentiates DocuSign Identify from other similar products?
The difference is that DocuSign Identify works with DocuSign for documents so that you are able to easily identify who is signing
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The face that the client fills out the information on the computer and then they are sent a link for them to put in their identification and then asked to take a selfie. The information is done is one shot so that you can know that the right person signed the document and also you have proof if there were ever an issue. also once the document is signed and the identity verified then the contract is completed and each person gets a copy. And this really lowers the level of fraud. You know who you are doing business with.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not dislike anything about the product. It does what it says it will do and more
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a business that requires signing of documents and you want to ensure that the right persons are signing, then you need this. With so much fraud happening today it is vital that verification be done. So you must, must get this to ensure your business against fraud. Try it and see how much you will become to rely on it for all your document signature and verifications

I love how Docusign identify merges seamlessly into our electronic signature processes. Thereby making identity authentication and proofing processes secured and smooth. Making it possible to successfully verify the identities of partners signing agreement with us, without affecting good customer experience processes negatively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To be sincere, I have no regrets about Docusign identify. It perfectly meets the day to day needs of myself and my team mates, as far as verifying the identities of partners and customers is concerned.
