What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our deployment expert was excellent! The installation guidelines, the structure surrounding the installation, and the help offered during the deployment were superior to what I've seen from other firms. It was the finest system installation experience I've ever had. I'm a local person in charge of several branches. The design allows me to access all of my supervisors' job postings on one screen. It makes it incredibly simple to ensure that everybody's advertising is put on the schedule, and I can monitor each candidate's progress and also their resume in real-time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is always an option to personalize. However, we would have preferred greater versatility in this area as well as in generating our customized reports. The truth is that the messaging function now needs the candidate's approval. This restricts the functionality of the messaging capability. It takes too much time. I can't even find how to enable my managers' access to the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent Software! Outstanding installation support staff. We're getting acclimated to and going through the process of obtaining follow-up help. They have a booking system, as do most businesses, but we'd like a little more assistance with some modifications. They are collaborating with us on this.
