What differentiates ClearCompany Applicant Tracking System from other similar products?
The ease of using the database, the ability to use the notes fields to keep all Hiring Managers up to date on the status of the candidate and the notification bell notifying you there is a new note.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of posting a job and searching for candidates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inability to copy a job that has been closed and now a new position opens up you have to start from scratch, a copy feature would be most beneficial.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates ClearCompany Applicant Tracking System from other similar products?
Compared to other applicant tracking systems I've used, it's very easy to navigate and access the information I need about candidates and is quite customizable
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that candidate applications are clear and I can access the resume with just one click. I also love the LinkedIn integration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I was always frustrated by the lack of boolean search feature. It would have been extremely helpful from a sourcing perspective and something that they just never were able to offer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Add boolean search so recruiters and sourcers can search through past applicants for newly established roles
