What differentiates Applauz Recognition from other similar products?
Hi! The customer service is amazing! Our Engagement Manager provided us with solid knowledge about the product, assisted when needed, and was kind with every interaction. I felt at ease each time we spoke--he offered answers to all questions from team members and the administrators of the system. He was impressive in his ability to share information in an efficient and effective manner, patient, and shared a special enthusiasm for not only the product but our team. He took the time to understand our culture and our needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the overall ability to learn what our employees need through pulse surveys and especially the newsfeed and badging system. I am excited to see how employees will interact with the system and one another. I know our employees are valued and this adds another level to feeling appreciated and needed in the workplace.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't dislike anything at this time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest being very thorough in your research. However, Applauz's customer service is outstanding. They don't rely on just chatting through emails or chat systems, but instead you can jump on the manger's schedule anytime you like, and he/she will answer questions, walk you through, provide short demos, etc. This vendor is amazing, and I would highly consider it for any sized company!
