What differentiates Adobe Connect from other similar products?
The long term trust of being so good is the most important factor which makes Adobe different from other. A consumer or the user can only use the application easily when he/She had the trust on the software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing which I like about adobe is the user experience. I have always given a thought why cant be meeting room feels real but after adobe my thought become reality. First, it is so easy to use and install in any device. The integration of application is so cool that it makes team meetings energetic instead of boring one. The customer support is always there for you for any kind trouble or issue of they get raised.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This software has a higher price tag compared to some other online meeting solutions, making it less accessible for organizations with limited budgets.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am recommending this as it is very reliable tool for video conferencing and has amazing customizing features to enjoy.

Well Adobe believe in delivering quality so Yeah that is the only thing which makes it different

I love the way of design conference rooms they are looking very real during seminar

Low results when connected to a hotspot literally crashes

Not very much really. Used to have unique capabilities but not any longer.

Familiarity... long history of products used over quite a few years.

Inflexible pricing and inability to understand the limited needs of our business.
