What differentiates Adobe Connect from other similar products?
It is good for webinars and online sessions for both education and business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is the best platform to be connected virtually qualitatively. It has curriculum design element which is good for online academic classes. You can choose your screen layout. It has all the features needed for online classes. So is compatible for both teacher and student. It has a good customer service and is easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It costs high as compare to other platforms. There are some issues in audio and presentation get freezes sometimes. It is a little bit difficult to start-up. The performance is not good for mobile phone users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is recommended for educational purpose. If you have just two participants use the free version but if you have more than two then you should go with premium. You can have other meeting platform with same features if you want cheap product as its price is comparatively higher than others which is 40$ per month with 30 days free trial.

Excellent technological online training tool

What differentiates Adobe Connect from other similar products?
We have a large team of people who manage the content on our large website. We would hold in-person training sessions prior to the pandemic. Obviously, this was not previously possible. Instead of conducting in-person training, we used Adobe Connect to conduct online training sessions for our staff. This has worked extremely well for us, and we have received extremely positive feedback from our users. I like that it has the capability of not only using a microphone but also a camera, so that when we come up to answer questions in our training class, we go on camera as well, giving Mike and others a chance to see who we are, that we're real
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how you can use this program to do screen sharing, so we can see what our trainer sees on their computer screen. I like the features like raising hands and thumbs up, thumbs down, applaud, laugh, and step away because I use them all in my company's training classes. We use the raised hand function to ask questions, so if anyone in our training class has a question, we simply click on the raise hand option. When we take a break, we also use the step away function.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Connection issues with my company are one of the most persistent problems I've had with Adobe Connect. I use a number of programs that all require access to our VPN and a wired internet connection. Because our company has disabled the ability to use wifi in the settings of our all-in-one computers. I can easily connect to the internet using my computer. When connected to our company's VPN, I can use all of the programs without any connection issues, but Adobe Connect's connection status is constantly dropping.There's an icon in the upper left-hand corner that shows us where our connection is out of four bars, and I'm constantly dropping.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In situations where we need to provide training to users in a remote environment, we have found Adobe Connect to be extremely effective. We used to do in-person training, but the ability to host these sessions online has been a lifesaver, allowing us to carry on with normal operations during these difficult times. Capability to deliver online training sessions. Users' ability to connect from any location. The ability to record. I wholeheartedly endorse this software. Foreign teams, in particular, benefit from participation because it allows them to share their expertise with others. The user interface, which includes features such as notes.

What differentiates Adobe Connect from other similar products?
Adobe family is always 100% customer-centric. They build the most secure and reliable platform for audio/video conferencing. Adobe Connect is a cloud-based platform that follows end-to-end encryption along with other security protocols. Adobe Connect generates a secure URL every time to invite for the meeting which is one of the best ways to eliminate security threats. This platform provides a solution to our needs by being very adaptable and intuitive, this platform also offers excellent options to be successful in the needs of our meeting, excellence in VoIP Call, screen sharing, HD audio-video conference call and secure meeting invitation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration and customisation is my favourite aspect for me. Especially integration with all Adobe suite applications is very easy and helpful. LMS integration is also fruitful and the integration process was so fast and smooth. Customisation of the brand logo and template customisation was really cosy for me. Along with basic customisation drawing chart and sharing chart is a good example of advanced customisation. Being a branded platform, Adobe Connect is pocket friendly as well, especially if the licence is bought along with Webinar. The video pause feature is a very interesting feature so you can pause the video at any point in time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No hate no dislike for me. Instead, I would request the Adobe team to work on technical customer support and service. Though I did not face any critical problem that is why I never had interaction with technical customer support and service but few of my colleagues mentioned the little delay from the customer service team. Rest everything is working perfectly for me and I am loving it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Adobe Connect helps me to reduce work to better manage my time. The experience has been satisfactory and the high level of receptivity of my clients and participants. So trust me and close your eyes to choose the world's most secure and reliable virtual Meeting and Webinar platform.
