The classic version of Adobe Campaign is adaptable to multiple platforms and can be readily customized to meet requirements. It's one of the best tools for product promotion now on the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can hyper-segment consumers and target them more precisely using workflows and a variety of parameters. Additionally, we can quickly create our content blocks, look for them, and apply them to our email designs. Sending transactional and business emails is another use for it. Additionally, by making it possible to identify customers and connect directly, it facilitates the management of marketing or advertising initiatives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the natural spaces that we put to the display part of the email's source and HTML content don't appear. After numerous changes, the activities occasionally get deleted. If we don't halt the workflow, we can restart from a moderate activity. Despite being in the same time zone, there was ineffective support at inconvenient hours. There is a significant learning curve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
