This workshop will take the outcomes (vision and goals) from the organization’s AI strategy and identify implications for HR and how HR will enable AI across the organization.
Leveraging a well-thought-out process to understand and embrace AI for HR, we will:
- Identify and plan for the people implications based on the organization’s existing AI strategy.
- Review priority HR functional areas and determine HR activities to enable AI.
- Update and finalize how HR will leverage AI moving forward.
