Use the Functional Competencies Workbook to:
- Gather the necessary data to inform the creation of functional competencies.
- Document pre-developed functional competencies (e.g. from the McLean & Company libraries) or build custom competencies.
- Assign the proficiency levels of the functional competencies to roles in the function based on the role-by-role method or the grouping method.
