Developing Human-Centric AI Strategy

This session reviews the importance of aligning AI initiatives with organizational goals to develop an AI strategy that is human-centric and guided by responsible AI principles. Key components of an AI strategy will be examined as well as how HR leaders can contribute to and guide the development of an organization’s AI strategy and policies. Best practices for a human principles-based approach for mitigating the potential risks of implementing generative AI applications will also be reviewed.
